This study aimed to examine the level of social intelligence among parents and its role in protecting children from cybercrime from the perspective of Islamic education. Adopting a descriptive methodology, the research utilized a questionnaire for data collection, administered to a sample of 652 families with children, categorized by gender and educational level. The findings indicated a high level of social intelligence among the participants and a significant role of parental social intelligence in safeguarding children from cybercrime within the framework of Islamic education. Additionally, while no statistically significant differences were found based on gender, differences were observed concerning educational level, favoring those with higher education. Based on these findings, the study recommended organizing awareness programs on the risks of cybercrime and preventive and remedial measures from an Islamic educational perspective, strengthening monitoring mechanisms on digital platforms and modern software to curb the spread of cybercrime, enforcing stringent legal measures to deter cybercrimes and ensuring their prompt implementation, and establishing an ethical code for the safe use of modern technology with effective enforcement by relevant authorities.
