The subject of the Study: The Hadeeth of Iben Al-Aswad – May ALLAH Be Pleased with Him – in the matter of inability to withstanding the veil (Sutrah); is jurisprudential stud, where this study is linked to the matter of the veil ((Sutrah) was taken care by the Prophet – Peace Be Upon Him – in all cases, as this is connected to Prayer, the second pillar of Islam, since the issue of the study is contrary to this Hadeeth, due to the apparent issues of the texts relating to the Prophet’s withstanding to the concealing of the veil ((Sutrah).
The mythology of the study: The researcher adopted the analytical method to the apparent meaning of many texts that the Prophet – peace be upon him – withstood to the veil, the methodology of the researcher is analytical where the most prominent outcomes of the study are: whereas difference between this study and Baqyiah Ben Al Waleed in this Hadeeth are in three matters in the scene of the narrators and the text, where the reason of Baqyiah Bin Al Waleed was perplexed herein.
The focus of the Hadeeth is based on Abi Obaidah Al-Walled Bin, whereas the difference is in the narrators and the text and most probably is the narration of Ali Ben Ayyash, Yahya Al Wahethy and Mohammad Ben Hameer; as those are the best memorization and understanding. So, the Hadeeth is from Musnad Al-Meqdad Ben Al-Aswad – Peace be Upon Him – differing from those who said it is from the Musnad of Meqdam Bin Ma’ad Yakreb – Peace Be Upon Him – the Hadeeth of Al Meqdad Bin AL-ASWAD - Peace be Upon Him- is too week and contains five defects in both the narrators and the text, so, it is most likely being in the difference of the public in the matter of veil since the Sunna states apparently the withstanding to the veil (Sutrah).
