Research Self-Efficiency and Its Relationship to Psychological hardness and Hope Among GraduateStudents in Jazan University
Abstract
The aim of the current research, is to identify the relationship between the Research Self-Efficiency and Psychological hardness and Hope, as well as to predictability of self- research through Psychological hardness and Hope, in addition to exploring the differences in Research Self-Efficiency attributed to gender and specialization Among Graduate Students in Jazan University. The sample consisted of (68) male and female graduate students at Jazan University, and applied the Research Self-Efficiency and Psychological hardness and Hope scales, and after confirming the psychometric characteristics of these scales. The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant correlation between the Research Self-Efficiency and Psychological hardness (control, challenge, total score), and there was no statistically significant correlation between the Research Self-Efficiency and Psychological hardness (commitment), and there was a statistically significant correlation between the Research Self-Efficiency and Hope, and Research Self-Efficiency can be predicted through Psychological hardness and Hope, in addition, there was statistically significant differences in Research Self-Efficiency attribute to gender and specialization.
