Use of TQM tools to identify needs and develop the administrative and financial affairs in the Emirate of Jizan Region

Abstract

The study in management field is considered as an important tributary of the management work and as the third millennium era characterized by the increasing growth of knowledge and advanced technology and since the services administrative organizations seems to be in "storm" area. they cannot keep up with the great development in the science of management and the sharp decline in the analytical authorities of the managers and employees in terms of a lack of Visual-spatial ability,the importance of this study lies in exploring the reasons of those needs and identifying them and study all their aspects by implementation of total quality management techniques and the best management means of processing. The of the study is identified in exploring the need in terms of identifying sources and ingredients and administrative obstacles in Jizan region to develop it. The objective of the study is to identify the most important needs to work hard and to recognize the reality of management style in the region in terms of: modern scientific administrative material, its content and the extent to which it is suitable for staff and administrators and the extent to which it keeps pace with the ongoing development. The Methodology of the study is the survey methodology on a sample of the various categories of employees of Jizan region, We came up to the findings and recommendations among the most important results that there is a positive trend to the senior management towards the implementation of total quality management. there is a positive trend among workers towards the implementation of total quality management and there are potential obstacles expected to reduce the possibility of the implementing total quality management
