This research aims to investigate and comment on a manuscript on hadith, which is the first part of a council dictated by Sayyid Imam Abu Bakr Ibn Muhammad Ibn Abi Bakr al-Hasani al-Haddadi (d. 539 AH). Its importance lies in the fact that it has not yet been investigated, nor has it ruled on the hadiths it mentioned. In the study section, I have relied on the analytical approach, while the investigation section will be in accordance with the scientific method followed in investigation. I have reached many results, the most important of which are: The examination of the hadiths and the study of the chains of transmission revealed that the council included two authentic hadiths with a weak chain of transmission going back to the author, two hadiths with two good chains of transmission, three hadiths with weak chains of transmission that were found by people other than the author with other authentic chains of transmission, five weak hadiths, and one hadith that had no basis.
