The current research aims to identify the effect of an E-training environment based on the blending of design thinking and participatory web applications in develop the skills of knowledge production for intellectual education teachers. To achieve this goal, an E-training environment has been designed based on integrating design thinking and participatory web applications. The research used an experimental method with a single-group design based on pre-and post-application to the research sample. The researcher prepared a product evaluation card related to knowledge production skills. The research sample was randomly selected, including (22) intellectual education teachers at intellectual education institutes and schools at the General Directorate of Education in the Jazan region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The product evaluation card was applied to the research sample pre-app, and the presented the electronic training environment in light of the procedural steps of the research sample through the Training Management System (Canvas). After that, the product evaluation card was applied to the research sample post-app. The statistical methods were used: the (T-value) test for two related samples. The research results resulted in statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group teachers in the pre-and post-application on a product evaluation card in favor of the post-application.
