A Proposed Program for Training In-Service High School Math Teachers on Designing Non-Traditinal Educational Situations to Improve Teaching Performance

The aim of this study is to design a training program for in - service high school math teachers, so they can create non-traditional educational situations and improve their performance in non - traditional educational environment. The researcher uses a descriptive analytical approach and created a questionnaire to list the prior training needs of 136 high school math teachers in Sabya province, then developed a list of skills needed to improve the performance of these teachers. The list was tested, amended and validated by a group of experts in math education; then based on the final approved list, the researcher designs a training program for high school math teachers to create untraditional learning activities and improve their performance in difficult learning environment.
