Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the availability of the dimensions of the Learning Organization Emerging Universities in Saudia Arabia from the point of view of faculty members at the University of Hail, finding out whether there are differences statistically significant about the views of the members of the study sample attributed to the variables. of the study. The Methodology of the study were descriptive analytical, and a questionnaire were distributed to stratified random sample of (175), and the data collected were analyzed using (SPSS) procedures, and the main results were: . The averages of the seven dimensions ranged between (2.44) and (2.76) out of (5).
