The Practiced Educational Level in Facing of The Challenges of Tech Globalization's Challenges in The Twenty First Century and The Trends of its Activation According to The University of Hail Members Point of View "A Proposed Study for Challenge"

The current study aims at identifying the level of the practiced educational role of the faculty members at the University of Hail to face the challenges of the Tech Globalization. In addition, it aims at knowing the significance of differences in estimating the members of the sample according to the variables of the study, activating and developing the faculty members role in facing the challenges of globalization to meet their point at view. The study uses the analytical and descriptive approach. The study sample consists of (242) faculty members. The selection of the sample is based on gender variables, college and academic rank. The tool of the study consists of (30) paragraphs. The results of the study showed that the total arithmetic average of the practiced educational role of the faculty members in facing of the challenges of Tech Globalization in the Twenty first century from their point of view equals to (2.82) and this figure is the average value according to statistical processing. As it was uncovered that there are no statistical indications in the degree of the faculty members' practice of their education role. They were attributed to the academic rank and college. Whereas, there were statistically significant differences in the degree of the faculty members' practice. These differences were attributed to the academic rank and college in favor of professor rank. As it became clear through the faculty members' perceptions for the development of their educational role in facing of the challenges of tech globalization and their eagerness to develop their performance, research and scientific capabilities and using the new and effective tools. The study also emerged to a perceptive recommendation agreed with the previous educational literature.
