Abstract

The present study discusses one of the important village, which belonged to Jazan region. This village, with all its houses structures, Mosques, market and all its Urban communities, reflects a traditional distanced style. This style, which I called it "simple and primitive style", is considered one of the important styles, which appeared in the south east area of K.S.A. The research reviews the history. houses, urban communities, various buildings, social ranks, the crafts of the population of this village, the factors, which cause its growing up, and also the motives of migration. The study determined the mechanisms of its development, the ways to exploit its natural resources to restoring its real role in the formation of traditional architectural heritage in this region, and the search detailed much of the villages traditional simple industries.
