Abstract

The prevalence and spread of electronic trading led, in the present era, to the multiplicity and the many surrounding risk for consumers. With whom one seems forced de facto often at the conclusion of many electronic contracts in order to meet their needs and achieve reconciliation. This in turn led to the possibility of imposing contract terms may not serve in valid, either the mitigation of his rights or increase the obligations. This led the legislator to sought to ad- dress and rectify it through the enactment of some of the provisions relating to consumer protection in general, which could also be achieved through the application of certain provisions related to electronic transactions on the face particular. These texts are still interspersed with some flaws and gaps that could lead to narrowing the scope of protection available to the consumer in electronic con- tracts, which required searching for the most effective means of legislative and ways to extend the scope of protection for the consumer in these contracts.
