Abstract

This paper addresses the analysis of the meaning in the revelation texts between the centrality of the text and the question of renewal. This required taking apart the claims of renewal in reading the revelation texts, and clarifying the position on them in light of the reality of the meaning in the revelation texts. The research concluded that, summarizing the demands of the renewal trend in the implementation of historical and modern linguistic methods in reading and interpreting the texts of revelation on one hand, while on the other hand, to clarifying the horizon of meaning in the texts of revelation, and that it is an absolute and objective horizon. Therefore, it reflects its significance to the addressees in an integrative manner that draws inspiration from reality (customary use, linguistic and historical context). Moreover, it is guided by the intention of the author, which emerges in the text itself, either an explicit text or a significant intellectual jurisprudenceز
