Abstract

The study aimed to identify the definition of administrative decision and the difference between constructive and revealing administrative decisions, the importance of examining intent in administrative decisions, what is meant by bad faith in the legal and administrative context and its types, and its impact on administrative decisions, mentioning some current examples of administrative decisions that were taken in bad faith and analyzing its impact on Administrative decisions, means of detecting bad faith, and ways to prevent it, highlighting the importance of the integrity of administrative decisions and enhancing oversight and accountability in administrative systems.
