This research work aims to study the customary nature of the British constitution and its specific form historically and the confirmation of its presence its reaction in the con- temporary reality. Truly we find that this constitution which liked the past with the present a movement of continuation and to existence created norms behaviors problems in the struggle reality and the political and social co-enstence of the English society and the movement of development which achieved co-existence between the conservative and the advanced contemporary traditions. This is clearly shown in the British constitution which is a unique of its own resembled in its significances the English vision to the political and social life based on its believe of the capitalism developments without contradicting those traditions that Govern the British people. The British constitution with its customary traditions hanged to impose itself penetrating the British reality which is developed by means of capitalism and ideally governed thought fully be means of liberalism and conservative traditions in spite of the changing era. The British constitution is considered to be the most topics that the British society mint to keep its customary components its conservative nature and its significant (specification) which were formed through history.
