Islamic civilization image via the book of Arab Civilization by The orientalist, Gustave Le Bon

Abstract

This research aims to show the image of our Islamic civilization via the book of Arab civilization by   Dr. Gustave Le Bon ,the  French orientalist, historian and sociologist  doctor, who faired the Muslims and their civilization .He praised Muslims  mostly praise in  most of his books.

Research Topic:

     This research included: Preface, Introduction, Five factors and Conclusion, they are as follows:

     In Preface the researcher talked about the importance of the topic, the reason for its choice, research method and research plan.

In the Introduction, the researcher addressed the following:     

First: The definition of Islamic civilization.

Second: The definition of Orientalism.

Third:  The definition of the author and the book.

The first factor: the researcher talks about the foundations and characteristics of Islamic civilization.

The second factor: The researcher talks about the impact of Islamic civilization on Western civilization

The third factor: It was about Gustave Le Bon's efforts to defend Islam

The fourth factor: Refuting suspicions raised about Islam in the book of Arab Civilization.

Conclusion: It includes the most important findings and recommendations
