Abstract

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, prayer and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions, and then: This is a topic entitled: Conditions of Takfir (Excom- munication, i.e. declaring someone as being disbeliever in Islam). 1. With the prevalence of takfir phenomenon amongst those trivializing it, the importance of knowing the takfir conditions rises. To those who understand them, these conditions are considered as the protector of a Muslim's honour, blood and money, since they create an impenetrable bulwark protecting every Muslim man from being judged as a disbeliever merely for the slightest suspicion or whim. 2- The knowledge of these conditions limit the intrusiveness into the takfir scourge for everyone who he is willing to ponder and protect themselves from taking adventure in this regard so as not to risk their religion and fate. 3- The knowledge of these conditions would also make the takfir issue entrusted to those who are qualified, namely the scholars who are firmly grounded in knowledge, and judges specialised in the field of blood, honor and money jurisprudence... Methodology This study follows the legitimate researches theoretical methods as follow: 1. Documentation of research issues. 2. Reliance on historical (e.g. verses of Koran, Hadiths-the prophet's sayings and deeds, etc.) and prudent (rational) evidence in making judgements. 3. Matching verses (of Koran) to their chapters with their numbers. 4. Extraction of Hadiths from the original sources (text books) of Science of Hadith. 5. Terminology definition and odd terms explanation 6. Reliance on original scientific references. 7. Research plan as shown in the research foreword.
