Abstract

The current study is concerned with the translation of sign language into tactile language for deaf-blind and a sample of study consists of a deaf-blind person. The sample was chosen in a deliberate manner which represents the question of the study: What is the range of the effectiveness of tactile languages in transferring sign language into tactile language for deaf-blind person? The researcher has de- signed the tactile program. The results shown. after applying the programs, the success of programs in translating sign language into tactile language, the results have been discussed in terms of compatibility with previous studies. A lot or recommendations have been presented to help this group to adapt and overcome the consequences.
