The Image of A Historical Approach in Criticism of AlJamhi and AlJahidh

Abstract

This study deals with the vision of the historical approach in the books of Heritage criticism, where it has taken the study of the Book of classes for Ibn Salam AlJamahi and the books of AlJahidh as a model. The study approach is based on doing critical re- semblances between the western historical approach with its modern form and the origins of this approach in the books of Arab heritage criticism. The study stood on many of the similarities of application and the general vision; it also proved that this approach, with its Western form depends on historical visions that practiced for centuries by the Arab critics without talking much about these visions. There are many important stops in the Arabic critical heritage considered as shining glimpses for this approach. There are many of the results presented in the conclusion and a number of others spread in the folds of the study.
