Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Guide For Authors.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
- Submit Authorship Declaration Form.
- Submit Cover Letter.

Conference Papers Policy
1. Substantial Expansion
The conference paper must be significantly expanded to meet the length and depth of a standard research article.
2. Proper Citation and Acknowledgment
The original conference paper should be properly cited and clearly acknowledged on the first page of the submitted manuscript.
3. Copyright Permission
If the authors do not hold the copyright for the previously published conference paper, they must obtain written permission from the copyright holder before submission.
4. Disclosure in Cover Letter
The authors must disclose in their cover letter that the submitted article is derived from a conference paper and provide a statement detailing the changes and enhancements made compared to the original version.
5. What to submit to SJAST
· Manuscript (Prepared according to the journal’s formatting guidelines.)
· Cover Letter
6. Submission of Unpublished Conference Papers
Unpublished conference papers that do not meet these criteria are recommended for submission to the Proceedings Series journals.
