Abstract

The study aimed to detect the reality of Financing for educational research centers in Saudi universities. Identify aspects that can be invested by the educational research centers in Saudi universities to provide sources of Financing in the light of the knowledge-based economy building conceived proposal to finance educational research centers in Saudi universities in the light of the knowledge-based economy. The study used the following research approaches: the documentary approach and descriptive analytical method survey researcher has used to achieve the objectives of this approach is the analysis of the views of interested parties and experience through expert panel discussion seminar (method and the study relied on the expert seminar Card tool to study where the researcher prepared card include: aspects that can be invested by the educational research centers to provide sources of Financing in the light of the knowledge-based economy, and the vision of experts on the perception of the proposed financing, has been applied to the expert seminar on the (15) members of the faculty members who specialize in education, and was the most prominent findings: that the reality of Financing for research centers Education in Saudi universities depends on a small percentage of the university budget is allocated for cashing in on the centers, do not self-Financing sources are found in these centers and there is a private independent centers of educational research in Saudi universities budget, the aspects that can be invested by the educational research centers in Saudi universities to provide sources financing in the light of the knowledge-based economy are the following: (training and rehabilitation, educational consultancy, arbitration, conducting field studies, statistical analysis, educational translation services, sales of books, studies and research over the Internet. Partnership with some organizations, the organization of conferences, workshops and seminars and scientific), the study also found a suggested vision to finance educational research centers in the light of the knowledge-based economy.
