Effect of Analysis of Finance Lease Contracts in Taking Finance Decision in Sudanese Banks - A Field Study

Abstract

This research aimed to measure the effect of analysis to factors (volume of finance lease contracts, parties to finance lease contracts and term of finance lease contracts) related to finance lease contracts in taking finance bank decision. The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach, and he used the simple and multi linear regression statistical methods to measure the correlation between the research variables. The sample of the research applied the easy method that selected from the risk and investment managements employees in the Sudanese banks. The sample covered 100 employees. The result of the research proved that, there is Statistically significant effect to analyze the factors (volume of finance lease contracts, parties to finance lease contracts and term of finance lease contracts) related to finance lease contracts in taking finance bank decision and There is a consideration from Sudanese banks to analyze the finance lease contracts before taking bank finance decision. The research strongly recommended from Central Bank of Sudan to form standards to study the related factors of finance lease contracts which be considered by Sudanese banks before taking bank finance decision and to have a full study to finance lease contracts and to know whether the customer has got his assets through finance lease or from others sources before giving the finance bank.
