Abstract

This research is conducted to discover the availability of the efficiency of E-learning at night school teachers in Riyadh, the descriptive approach and the questionnaire approach are used as tools for the data collection, which include (34) efficiencies distributed on four axis: The culture of E-learning and the use of computers and its accessories and the use of networks, also the designing of the educational Internet and multimedia softwares. The concentration was upon whether there are statistically significant differences attributed to these variables: Training courses, specialization and the number of years of experience. This study has applied on a sample of (100) school teacher night in Riyadh, after the collecting of the data we analyzed them by using a number of statistical techniques. The results showed the availability of the efficiencies of e-learning in the axis of culture of e-learning and software design and multimedia educational degree, "Medium" (near vulnerability), and in the axis of use of the computer and its accessories and the use of networks and online degree "Medium". Results did not show any statistically significant differences in the degree of availability attributed to the variables of specialization in the axis of use of networks and the Internet, as well as in the axis of the culture of E-learning, depending on the number the years experience, While differences were in all axes for the benefit of those who received the training sessions, And in favor of those scientific specialization in the axis of the culture of E-learning and using the computer and its accessories and the designing of educational multimedia softwares, and also differences are found in the axis of use computer and its accessories and the use of networks, the Internet and software design and multimedia educational depending on the number of years of experience. In light of the previous results researcher provided a number of recommendations for the development of these Efficiencies and the way we can take advantage of them when you enter the E-learning in night school.
