Abstract

The researcher addressed in this study an important issue of hadeeth science, namely: Gathering methods when sentencing certain hadeeth, As this has a great importance in the balance of hadeeth criticism, And the consequent of finding the status of hadeeth (strength and weakness), so no hadeeth should be sentence as strong, good, weak, or rejected except after gathering it's methods, and get to know the objects of coinciding and compatibility that relates to a certain hadeeth, understand the differences between them, and check over the attribution to discriminate the complete follow-up from the deficient, and considering the differences between repeaters of hadeeth to determine their adjustment and mastery of recounting hadeeth. In the first section from the study, the researcher showed the importance of collecting hadeeth's methods in order to sentence each hadeeth accurately. The second section has addressed the attention of scientists regarding gathering methods of each hadeeth. The third section highlighted in particular the benefits of gathering methods of each hadeeth, due to the leniency of many interrogators of the era in sentencing hadeeth without gathering methods. The fourth section was a pause with interrogators engaged in ranking and sorting hadeeth in this era. In the fifth section, the researcher stated models for gathering methods of certain hadeeth according to imams of hadeeth, and finally, the end of the study was conclusion research which contained the main findings and recommendations.
