Abstract

The role of cognitive organization come together to raise achievement among business organizations in the present time and the ability to adapt Global factors and the complex interlocking and local variables. The importance of this study comes from the importance of realization of the organizational and human resources where the workers can not participate constructively in achieving the organization's goals without feeling the support of the organization to them so that they can exchange for their support for her using do their best to achieve their goals. To achieve the objectives of this study questionnaire was developed and distributed to seven industrial companies in Jordan, which have been selected according to the size standard. For the purpose of statistical analysis a descriptive statistics methods and style coefficient, simple regression and correlation were used. The study found the following results:

  1. The achievement motivation may have been affected morally previous six variables, which arranged the model as follows: awareness of organizational support, organizational commitment, organizational justice, participation in decision-making, the behavior of the leaders in support of subordinates, and to support the self-assertion Workers.
  2. The path which includes variables: organizational justice - recognize organizational support organizational commitment - achievement motivation is tracks more important in influencing the achievement motivation among workers as this path holds the highest partial regression rates standard compared to other tracks within the form.

The study concluded the following recommendations:

  • The need to take advantage of the independent variables that represent the elements of strength delimiters to realize organizational support, and drawing programs and policies that increase and develop the perception of workers for the support practiced by companies in which they work.
  • Construct rules that contribute to the perception organizational support greater development through the development of:
  • Increased attention to the policies of human resources and the development of human relations.
  • Encourage the participation of individuals in the process of decision making and making proposals and taking the suitable and announce it to employees of the company.
