Abstract

This research : " Attributing all or part of the research to those who did not participate in it " (a Comparative Study in Islamic Jurisprudence) .

It revolves around an incident that has been talked about a lot in our time, especially among students and university professors. This research aims at demonstrating the legitimacy of this incident and its great importance , and as evidence of its importance, it entails great things, the most significant of which are preserving society from a lot of ignorance and lack of knowledge, not assuming a job unless one is qualified to do it, fulfilling the trust and staying away from betrayal .

 

The researcher follows the inductive approach, where he studies the issues related to the subject from the books of jurisprudence, and what contemporary scholars have written on the Internet, besides collecting and classifying them . Then he also follows the evidential reasoning approach in demonstrating the sayings of scholars about the judgment and evidence of those issues, with mentioning the weighted statements of the scholars and the reason for weighting .

The researcher also highlights the research results , with an index of sources and references is appended .
