This research aims to study the opinion of the scholar Ibn Uthaymeen - may Allah have mercy on him - on interpreting Genesis verses with connotations and findings of experimental sciences and theories. Whereas, it is a subject of dispute among contemporaries, in which they are between exaggeration and negligence. He - may Allah have mercy on him - mediated between the two groups, and supported and inferred what incontrovertibly proved to be true, improbable or irrevocable. He failed to mention some of them, either to consider it to be what Allah Almighty commanded by his knowledge, or because of its confusion and lack of proof. He strongly opposed some of the connotations and harshly criticized those who advocated them. All of this was according to a disciplined approach in which he - may Allah have mercy on him - took into account the principles of interpretation and the objectives of Sharia.
The introduction highlighted the importance of the research, the reasons for its selection, the objectives of the research, the research approach, previous studies, and the structure of the research.
The most important recommendations of the research: The researcher recommended completing the study of his approach and his opinion on scientific miracles of the Qur’an and Sunnah, as well as his jurisprudential choices based on medical sciences and other sciences.
