The study aimed to know the extent to which the contents of the higher diploma courses at the Girls’ Institute for the Holy Qur’an meet the standards of The National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA). It aimed to reveal the degree of availability of the NCAAA standards in the courses of the higher diploma, and to formulate a vision for the development of those contents in light of the study's results. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a descriptive approach that relied on content analysis, and the study sample consisted of descriptions of all higher diploma courses at the Girls’ Institute. After completing the data collection and statistical analysis, a number of results were reached, the most important of which are: 25.9% of the main areas of the NCAAA standards are available in these courses, as the number of repetitions of the sub-criteria indicators for those fields reached 218 out of 842 indicators. The study also showed that there was a disparity and imbalance in the availability rates in the main areas. The study concluded by formulating a proposal for developing higher diploma courses at the Girls Institute for the Holy Qur’an that complies with the study results and its literature review.
